Book Week

Term 3

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.

NAIDOC

Term 2

NAIDOC celebrations at CPS are a special time to learn about and celebrate the culture, history, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Students take part in fun activities like stories, art, and music. This brings the school and wider community closer together and is a great way to promote kindness and learning about different cultures.

Far North Coast Dance Festival

Term 2

The Far North Coast Dance Festival is an exciting event that brings together dance groups from schools and communities in the region. It celebrates creativity, talent, and teamwork through performances of many different dance styles. This festival is a fun way for students to share their love of dance, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a big celebration.
